Beaulieu Camera Group

Beaulieu Camera Group was formed in 1996 and meets at the Beaulieu Village School on the 1st and 3rd Wednesdays of the month. We also have outdoor meetings at many different locations.

The Group has approximately 30 members from beginners to very experienced and talented photographers. The Group’s ethos is to share our knowledge of taking and processing images between members and promote the art of photography within the wider community.

Our members also attend other events in Beaulieu where we are invited to produce images for use by other societies and charities.

For many years, The Beaulieu Village Fete has provided us with a wonderful opportunity to showcase our prints to a great number of visitors.

Each year we have been very fortunate to have received a grant from The Common Good Trust to put towards equipment which we would otherwise have been unable to purchase.

These include blackout blinds for the school hall, a new digital projector and laptop and calibration equipment and software, which are essential in today’s electronic world.

For the last two years the money has been put towards the purchase of four sets of print display boards, which we have used at the Beaulieu Village Fete and at other external events such as the Hampshire Girl Guiding day at Foxlease.
